For defective products: In case you receive a defective product, please contact us no later than 48 hours after delivery. Your request will be checked from us. If it’s our fault, the change, return, and shipping of the new product will be totally free. Please provide sufficient evidence (photos or so), from the defective products.

Return Policy: In case you want to return an order for any unspecified reason, this should happen in the next 14 CALENDAR days, from the date of the order and under the rules below: Product hasn’t been worn, opened, used. Product does not bear signs of usage. Product does not belong in the defective products category. Steps:

  1. Contact us
  2. If the order hasn’t been shipped yet, the procedure ends here after our communication.
  3. If the order has been shipped, use the return form found here
  4. You should receive your order and send it back to us WITH the return form completed inside the package. Ship it with the cost burden the recipient (company).

NOTE: The procedure costs as much as the shipping + 3€ * . This cost will be subtracted from the money we’re going to return you. You’ll need to use the same shipping company that we used to send you the order.
